Overview
AirHub® Portal provides a complete Drone Operations Management System (DOMS) developed to track drone traffic and manage internal drone operations. AirHub Portal DOMS serves as a Common Operational Platform, allowing public safety officers to view, manage, analyze, and control drone operations and counter-UAS activity through a single pane of glass.
Unlike solutions that could limit the types or manufacturer of detection technologies, AirHub's Application Platform Integration (API) backbone allows for integrations with any type of data and systems that are compatible. This enables agencies to utilize any type of technology or even a mix of technologies in the event of supply chain issues. AirHub Portal offers deep integration with FAA, Esri, and other authoritative datasets that help with UAS and pilot identification and categorization efforts. The platform also serves as the system-of-record for all drone and C-UAS activities.

- AirHub Portal integrates with all types of UAS detection sensors (e.g., RF, ADS-B, radar, Remote ID, acoustic, etc.) to support Counter-UAS detection, tracking, and identification.
- As an FAA-approved public LAANC, B4UFLY, and UTM Service Provider, Airspace Link has the ability to connect detection data to FAA drone registration and authorization, which helps Public Safety agencies quickly determine whether a drone is:
- Blue / Friendly – internal or partner operations
- Authorized / Compliant – properly registered and cleared to fly
- Unauthorized / Non-Compliant – appropriate for C-UAS protocols
- Airspace Link works with major retail logistics and product delivery service providers, who are willing to help fund the cost-recovery and sustainment program for the detection infrastructure.
The ability to identify and categorize drones significantly reduces the risk of acting on friendly or authorized drones, supports any criminal investigations with authoritative data, and helps address privacy and civil-liberties concerns by relying on an FAA-approved provider with an auditable data trail.

Drone Operations Management System Training |
The training will be provided virtually, offered twice a year, and includes up to two sessions each time. Each training session is approximately 1.5 hours and includes time for questions and demonstrations. Training can be customized to focus on specific AirHub Portal functionality or provide a general overarching AirHub Portal training for new users. Repeated training sessions will be used to familiarize new users with the platform and to showcase new functionalities. Training materials will be made available to all participants. |

TRAINING
Airspace Link offers hands on in person training at the municipality’s location of choice. The training is designed to teach all the relevant stakeholders to effectively use AirHub Portal as a Common Operational Platform, utilizing all its built-in integrations.
Additionally, the training guides users through the platform’s mission management and compliance features, including user setup, dashboard navigation, flight planning, and airspace authorization. The session also covers data visualization tools, such as live map layers and incident overlays, to improve situational awareness and coordination. Finally, the users learn to utilize the software for exercises and real time deployment and leave the training well versed in both drone operations management and counter UAS oversight.
