Products

Airspace Link offers TxDIR customers two license levels: AirHub® Portal Teams License and AirHub Portal Advanced License. The onboarding time of each client is estimated to be up to 30 days for the initial license and account access. The rest of the license-included items mentioned below will be provided on an ongoing basis or based on the client’s needs and preferences. 


The AirHub Portal License is a SaaS solution and provides a comprehensive Drone Operations Management System. Table 1 shows the elements included in this SaaS licenses identified per license level. All license levels include a dedicated contract manager overseeing a customer success team, responsible to ensure successful contract execution and license implementation.

AirHub Portal Organizational SaaS Access
Cloud-based license of AirHub® Portal (unlimited number of users): Serves as the organization’s Drone Operations Management System, providing real-time situational awareness to all aerial activities within the organization’s jurisdiction. The platform maintains a complete data repository of operations, enabling comprehensive program oversight and analysis.

Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM)
Onboarding of up to two (2) operators to the shared airspace UTM network. Airspace Link is an FAA-approved UTM service provider.

UAS Webpage
Community Facing UAS Webpage: The Airspace Link team will develop a dedicated UAS Management webpage that is collaboratively maintained by Airspace Link and the Emergency Preparedness Agency to ensure transparency and promote community outreach and safety. Please see similar government portals at these links: Detroit Region Aerotropolis, the City of Romulus, Michigan, and the City of Arlington, Texas.

Work Order Management Integration
Integration with the organization’s Work Order Management Tool (such as ServiceNow, Survey123 etc.) : AirHub Portal is integrated with Survey123 and ServiceNow and will be integrated with the Emergency Preparedness agency’s work order management tool to ensure efficient aggregation and flow of crucial UAS operation information, such as requester identity, type of service, mission location, requested day and time, priority, and description of requested service. To allow this integration, the chosen work order management tool should be ableto integrate with external API, utilizing a webhook technology.

Integration with UAS Infrastructure Feed
AirHub Portal is infrastructure agnostic and can be integrated with a variety of UAS sensors (Remote ID, RF, acoustic, etc.), manned aviation tracking solutions (ADS-B), radars, and so on. As part of this license, AirHub Portal will be integrated to show data feed from up to three (3) UAS infrastructure solutions, assuming these solutions are provided and paid for by Emergency Preparedness agency. Airspace Link is happy to recommend such solution providers to the agencies.

Crew and Asset Management Set Up
Airspace Link will support the agency in uploading all pilots and drones’ information to AirHub® Portal.

Flight Logs
Airspace Link will import of historical drone flight logs into AirHub Portal on behalf of or in support of the agency.

User Training
The Airspace Link team will carry out in-depth training on AirHub Portal and its DOMS functionality for the agency’s staff. The training will be provided virtually, offered twice a year, and includes up to two sessions each time. The training will be provided virtually. Each training session is approximately 1.5 hours and includes time for questions and demonstrations. Training can be customized to focus on specific AirHub Portal functionality or provide a general, overarching AirHub Portal training for new users. Repeated training sessions will be used to familiarize new users with the platform and to showcase new functionalities. Training materials will be made available to all participants.

Integration with Esri Open Data Portal
Airspace Link will support the integration of AirHub Portal with supplemental data services from the agency’s Esri environments to help bring further insight to the operational picture within local communicates.

Help Desk
Airspace Link offers a U.S.-based Help Desk that can be reached via a widget within the AirHub Portal, email, and phone. Support and Maintenance include:
  • Maintain a dedicated support structure, offering business hours help desk services, ongoing system monitoring, and proactive maintenance.
  • Implement a ticketing system for issue resolution, ensuring transparency in incident tracking.
  • Provide regular software updates, security patches, and system enhancements to maintain optimal performance.

The size of the organization determines the level of complexity, work, and data storage and management needs associated with the offered license. Hence, the license cost depends on the number of the organization’s employees. The license cost broken down by employee numbers is detailed in the pricing spreadsheet. While the license cost is determined by the number of the organization’s employees, each license allows an unlimited number of users, as long as they are part of the licensed organization.
