New "All Approvers Responses Required" Approval Logic

This month’s releases deliver significant workflow enhancements to improve internal compliance, data filtering, and operational control.

• Self-Service Signup for Starter Plan

We've made it easier than ever to get started! Individual users and small teams can now immediately sign up for the Starter Plan via a self-service onboarding process, eliminating delays and letting you get flying sooner.

• Filter Operations by Internal Approval Status

Quickly find operations based on their internal approval status (Pending, Approved, Denied) or by the manager responsible for approval. This new compliance filter gives managers and operators an immediate view of operations requiring action.

• Expanded Keyword Search

Instantly find records across your Users, Aircraft, and Work Orders. Simply typing a keyword in the filter drawer now performs a search across a wide range of fields (e.g., searching for a registration number will find the aircraft, searching for an email will find the user), drilling down to the exact information you need.

• Enhanced Multi-Manager Internal Approval

You now have more control over how operations get approved. If multiple managers are involved, you can choose if the operation is approved by the first person who responds or if you require all approver responses before flying.

Switch between light and dark themes for a more comfortable viewing experience.

• ServiceNow Add-On Integration

Sync work requests requiring drones directly with AirHub® Portal from ServiceNow. This creates a single, unified workflow for all your work, eliminating the need for manual, back-and-forth communication, and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

• Assisted Operations Scheduling

Simplify scheduling by giving managers a real-time view of pilot and drone availability during operation creation. See available pilots and aircraft, including the aircraft's proximity to the planned operation, allowing you to efficiently assign the best resources for the job.

• Custom Tags

Custom Tags give you a flexible method to categorize and filter your drone operations based on your unique business needs, allowing you to apply custom identifiers to document operational attributes, including for example, Operation Purpose, Project ID, Location, or Regulatory Status. Managers manage these standardized categories to ensure consistency across the team, letting users easily assign Tags directly during the operation creation workflow. This allows users to filter and report on specific operations based on their associated tags. For example, instantly find all "Survey" operations at the "Austin East Site" for "Parks & Rec.", or quickly isolate every operation flown under "Waiver 12345".

• Custom Alert Areas and Incursion Notifications

Custom Alert Areas enhance airspace security by allowing you to define and monitor sensitive areas (like critical facilities or no-fly zones) directly within AirHub® Portal. The system uses integrated partner sensors to continuously track drone flights, triggering real-time Incursion notifications that managers can configure to alert subscribed users within their organization.
