Introducing Operations Sharing

The Problem: Fragmented Regional Coordination

In shared airspace, operational efficiency and safety hinge on cross-organization coordination. But when multiple entities are flying in the same area, there’s often no visibility into each other’s planned operations. Without a shared coordination layer, crews are showing up in the field with little to no awareness of nearby activity already underway — making regional alignment a constant challenge.

The Solution: Operations Sharing

To address this, we are introducing Operations Sharing within AirHub® Portal. This feature streamlines complex regional coordination, allowing opted-in organizations to view each other's planned operations. By choosing to share this data, teams can move away from manual, off-platform communication toward an automated system that keeps all parties aligned before an operation begins.

How it Works

Operations Sharing is an opt-in feature for AirHub® Portal Advanced customers.

  • Agreement-Based Access: Data is never shared by default. Visibility is restricted to organizations that have mutually entered into a one-way or bi-directional sharing agreement.

  • System Configuration: Once all parties agree, permissions are configured within AirHub® Portal to allow for cross-organizational visibility.

  • Automated Visibility: After configuration, newly created operations are automatically synced and visible within both the Operations Center display and Operations list, allowing your team to coordinate schedules and maintain awareness before and during field activity.

Key Features

Unified Map View: See external operation plans alongside your own in a single interface.

Clear Identification: Shared operations use distinct icons and colors to differentiate from internal plans.

Secure, Read-Only Coordination: Shared operations are for situational awareness only and cannot be modified by external organizations.

Information Privacy: Personal pilot information is never shared. Visible data is restricted to the organization’s name, logo, operation time, and planned altitude.

Who Should Use This?

Any organization operating in shared airspace. This feature delivers the real-time visibility needed to keep operations safe and de-conflicted — replacing manual coordination with seamless, automated data sharing.
