We offer both Hybrid and Remote work arrangements. In fact, roughly half of our workforce is fully remote across different states.
We aim to make the interview process brisk while having a strong focus on a thorough selection of the best talent. Here are some steps you may expect from the interview process:
- 30-minute screening interview call with People Operations.
- 60-minute one-one one virtual or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Virtual or in-person Focus Interview(s) to meet other people on the team and focus on core outcomes/competencies needed to excel in the role.
- Take home Interview Challenge, such as a Coding Challenge or Presentation.
